came back from work... and i slept on my bed till now... feel tt my work is getting more boring by the day.. realli need a long break from work..

the feeling's getting stronger too.. and i think most likely i will let it pass like i always did.. its really amazing how i actually managed to control them last time... when the effort took to control can actually be used to uncontrol them...

maybe i shld juz let it rest and get it over and done with.. and not think abt it anymore.. but it is really hard to do so.. and i hate the process of it..
